Is it permissible to pray in clothes that a dog has touched?

The preponderant opinion is that a dog is impure in all its parts. So, if it touches clothes while either of them is wet, the clothes become impure, and prayer in them is not permissible until they are purified. However, if both are dry, they do not become impure.
