What is the ruling on aborting a fetus that is 130 days old, medically proven to be malformed and severely disabled, given that the foreign wife threatens divorce if the abortion is not carried out?

It is forbidden to abort a fetus deformed by birth unless there is a fear for the mother's life due to its illness. Divorce is in the hands of the man, not the woman, according to the Hadith: "Indeed, divorce belongs to the one who takes hold of the leg." The spouses should return to the ruling of Allah and seek help through prayer and supplication for the healing of their child.
