Is excessive worrying about the mother and sister being exposed to accidents, especially after the mother was previously exposed to an accident, a good thing, and what is advised for dealing with this anxiety?

Allah decreed the measures of all things fifty thousand years before creating the heavens and the earth. A servant's contentment with Allah's decree leads to Allah's contentment, for "Indeed, great reward comes with great tribulation. And indeed, when Allah loves a people, He afflicts them. Whoever is content will have contentment, and whoever is displeased will have displeasure." Also, "Be content with what Allah has allotted you, and you will be the richest of people." Belief in divine decree is one of the fundamentals of faith. Lifespans and provisions are in Allah's hands, and no one can hasten or delay them. If this understanding becomes firm in the believer's heart, they will live in happiness and tranquility. They should occupy themselves with remembrance (dhikr), worship, beneficial knowledge, and entrust their affairs to Allah.
