What are the recommended ذكر (remembrance) and du'a (supplications) after the obligatory prayers?

It is sunnah for the worshiper, after every obligatory prayer, whether he is an imam, a follower, or praying alone, to say: "Astaghfirullah (I seek forgiveness from Allah)" three times, then "Allahumma Antas-Salam, wa minkas-salam, tabarakta ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram (O Allah, You are Peace, and from You comes peace, blessed are You, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor)." Then he says: "La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa ala kulli shayin qadir. La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah... (There is no god but Allah, alone without partner, to Him belongs sovereignty and to Him belongs praise, and He is over all things competent. There is no might nor power except with Allah...)" until the end of the reported dhikr. After the Maghrib and Fajr prayers, he adds ten times: "La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu yuhyi wa yumit, wa huwa ala kulli shayin qadir (There is no god but Allah, alone without partner, to Him belongs sovereignty and to Him belongs praise; He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent)." Then he says: "Subhan Allah wal-hamdulillah, wallahu akbar (Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah, and Allah is the Greatest)" thirty-three times, completing the hundred with: "La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa huwa ala kulli shayin qadir (There is no god but Allah, alone without partner, to Him belongs sovereignty and to Him belongs praise, and He is over all things competent)." It is sunnah to recite these adhkar with a moderate audible voice. Then it is sunnah to recite Ayatul-Kursi silently, and Surah Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu'awwidhat (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) silently, and the Mu'awwidhat are repeated three times after Fajr and Maghrib.
