Is it established that the following ذكر (remembrance) should be recited: "There is no god but Allah alone, without partner; to Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs all praise; He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent," after every prayer and ten times after Fajr and Maghrib; and the recitation of Surat Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu'awwidhat (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) after every prayer and three times after Fajr and Maghrib; and "My Lord, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants" seven times after Maghrib and Fajr?

After the prayer: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to say: "There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner. To Him belongs sovereignty and to Him belongs all praise, and He is over all things competent. O Allah, there is none to withhold what You have given, and none to give what You have withheld, and the might of the mighty benefits him not against You."

After Fajr and Maghrib prayers: It is recommended to say: "There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner. To Him belongs sovereignty and to Him belongs all praise, and He is over all things competent" ten times, due to its great virtue in reward, expiation of sins, raising of ranks, and protection from Satan.

Al-Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) and Surah Al-Ikhlas: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded their recitation after every prayer. Reciting them three times in the morning and evening is sufficient for protection from everything.

The supplication "My Lord, protect me from Your punishment": It has been reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said this supplication. However, it was not reported to be repeated seven times. Rather, the supplication "O Allah, protect me from the Fire" was reported seven times after Fajr and Maghrib prayers, but its chain of narration is weak.
