Is working in the transfers department of a usurious bank permissible, especially since Sheikh Al-Qaradawi permitted working in departments free of usury?

If your work in the transfers department of a usurious bank has no connection to usury, then there is no harm in it. However, there are matters to pay attention to: First, some tasks that are thought to be unrelated to usury may indeed be connected, such as writing or carrying a document related to it. This constitutes aiding in usury, and Allah Almighty said: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah curses the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses," and he said, "they are all equal." Second, bank transfers often involve usury due to the lack of immediate exchange (al-taqabud) in currency exchange, which is a condition for the exchange to be free from Riba al-Nasi'ah (usury of delay).
