What is the obligatory Zakat on an amount of 1950 dinars that has completed a full year (hawl), after its original amount was 2000 dinars and its Zakat was previously paid, knowing that the nisab is 1000 dinars and the money is saved for marriage?

Zakat becomes obligatory if the wealth reaches the nisab and a full year (hawl) passes over it, from its beginning to its end, whether it is saved for marriage or for other purposes. If another year passes over it while it is still at the nisab, Zakat becomes obligatory on it, even if it is less than the previous amount. The amount that must be given is a quarter of a tenth (2.5%). The nisab for current currencies is the equivalent value of 85 grams of gold or 595 grams of silver.
