"Working for Allah" or "working in the way of Allah" are the most appropriate phrases Islamically. However, there is no harm in using "working with Allah" in a suitable context. This phrase became famous through Sayyid Qutb when he refused to apologize. There is also a similar phrase from Sahl ibn Abdullah al-Tustari in his definition of reliance on God (): "To flow with Allah Almighty according to His will."
