Does a man owe expiation for an oath (kaffarat yamin) if he swore, "By Allah, I will not give you a cigarette," and then gave it?

Smoking is forbidden (haram) because it entails harm, squandering of wealth, and corruption. Whoever swore to abstain from it and then did it must offer expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yameen), and must repent from smoking.
