Is one absolved of responsibility if they requested the publication of a YouTube video with music, then repented and asked for its deletion, but the publisher lost the password and is unable to delete it?

One is absolved from the effect of a sin by repenting from it and striving to remove its traces. The persistence of the sin's effect after being unable to remove it does not affect the validity of the repentance. Repentance is valid if the penitent does everything within their capacity, and they are excused for what they are unable to do, for Allah Almighty says: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity."
