So long as the company does not dedicate its products to the aforementioned alcohol company, but rather the alcohol company is one of its clients, then working there is not forbidden except for those who directly deal with the alcohol company specifically. As for others, whose work does not directly involve the alcohol company, their work in this company is disliked (makrooh), but not forbidden (haram), similar to other companies with mixed funds.
