Does the Shari'a mandate a punishment for those who corrupt minds and innate disposition by spreading forbidden things such as indecencies, or selling alcohol, or harming others with loud music?

Punishments in Islamic law are divided into three main categories:

1. Qisas (Retaliation): The offender is treated in the same manner as they treated the victim.

2. Hudud (Fixed Punishments): A punishment legally prescribed by the Sharīʿah, obligatory as a right of Allah Almighty, and it is fixed, not open to modification. It applies to specific crimes such as adultery (zina), false accusation (qadhf), drinking alcohol, theft, and highway robbery.

3. Ta'zir (Discretionary Punishment): A punishment not legally prescribed by the Sharīʿah, imposed for crimes and sins for which there is no expiation (kaffarah), and its aim is to deter the offender and reform them. An example of this is the punishment for a seller of alcohol, which is determined by the ruler (sultan).
