Is it permissible to demand shares of properties distributed by the father after his death, especially if the distribution was unequal, and do sisters have the right to demand shares of properties gifted previously?

What the father bestowed upon his children must be examined. Whatever was given without justification and did not achieve fairness must be returned to the estate to be divided according to the legal inheritance. Those who were deprived of justice have the right to demand this.

However, whatever was given for a valid reason, such as illness, poverty, need, or engagement in seeking knowledge, belongs to the one to whom it was gifted, as narrated by Ibn Qudamah.
