Does raising cats at home prevent the angels from entering?
Source: FtawySummary from Ftawy's records · added here Sep 2, 2026
Raising cats at home is permissible and does not prevent angels from entering, as there is no text that prohibits it. Perhaps the issue is confused with raising dogs, for it is dogs that prevent angels from entering the house, as stated in the : "Angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or an image."
