Is it permissible to touch the Noble Qur’an with a hand that has sweat on it? And does the prayer get interrupted to raise the Qur’an above the book of Al-Tafsir Al-Muyassar (Simplified Interpretation)?

Sweat is not impure by scholarly consensus. There is no harm in touching the Mus'haf with it, provided it does not damage it and the toucher is pure. The Mus'haf must be preserved and honored by placing it above books of Tafsir (exegesis), in glorification of the sacred things of Allah. It is not necessary to interrupt the prayer to lift the Mus'haf; indeed, it is impermissible if it is a fard (obligatory) prayer.
