Is it permissible to name a girl "Minnatullah" (Blessing from Allah) and a boy "Amanullah" (Protection of Allah)?

It is recommended to name children with good names such as "Abdullah" and "Abdurrahman", and daughters with the names of the Prophet's wives and daughters, and female Companions. It is disliked to name children "Amanullah" (God's security) and "Minatullah" (God's grace) due to the incorrect claim they imply and the negative connotation when denied. Similarly, scholars disliked names appended to "Din" (religion) or "Islam" for the same reason, such as "Nouruddin" (light of religion) and "Saiful Islam" (sword of Islam), due to the great status of these two words. This also includes names appended to the majestic name of God (Allah), such as "Hasabullah" (God's reckoning), with the exception of "Abdullah", which is among the most beloved names to Allah.
