"Istihada" (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) does not prohibit intercourse. Therefore, it is permissible to have intercourse with a wife experiencing istihada, as long as it does not cause harm to her or to the husband. If it does cause harm, then it is not permissible, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm nor reciprocal harm."
