It is permissible to accept aid if you are in need of it and meet the conditions. The amount of money you possess does not affect this if it is insufficient to cover your needs. However, if you are not in need, or if you do not meet the conditions, then do not take it. If you have taken anything from it, return it to the entity that provided it.
