Does wearing loose shoulder abayas that do not describe the body make the hijab incomplete, and is drawing down from the top of the head a condition for the legal hijab?

The scholars have elucidated the characteristics of the legal hijab, which are: covering the entire body, with a difference of opinion regarding the uncovering of the face and hands; that it should not be an adornment in itself; that it should be thick and not transparent; loose and not tight; that it should not be perfumed or scented; that it should not resemble the clothing of men or disbelieving women; and that it should not be a garment of fame. The jilbab is a garment larger than the khimar. It has been said that it is the cloak or the wrapper, which a woman lowers to cover her entire body. It has also been said that she twists it so that only one eye is visible, or that she twists it above the forehead and then folds it over the nose to cover the chest and most of the face.
