Are the two rak'ahs of greeting the mosque counted among the twelve rak'ahs for which whoever prays them will have a palace built for him in Paradise?

The Hadith is: "Whoever prays twelve voluntary rak'ahs in a day and night, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise." This does not include tahiyyat al-masjid (greeting the mosque prayer). What is meant are the regular Sunnah prayers, explained in another narration as: four rak'ahs before Dhuhr, two after it, two after Maghrib, two after Isha, and two before Fajr prayer.
