What is the ruling on buying live chickens from a man who does not pray?

The ruling concerning the slaughtered animal of someone who never prays at all is mentioned in Fatwa No. 37606. However, if you buy the animal alive from him, or slaughtered but slaughtered by someone else whose slaughtering is permissible, then there is no objection to that. Nevertheless, buying from someone known for their righteousness is more preferable.
