How is the estate of a deceased father and his three daughters distributed, knowing that the mother is on her deathbed, and do only the living paternal uncles inherit?

If the paternal cousins (daughters of the paternal uncle) pass away, their mother inherits one-eighth if she was married to their father, and the daughters inherit two-thirds. The remainder goes to the father's brothers by 'asabah (residuarily). If the mother was not married to the father, the daughters inherit two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the father's brothers.
