Is there any evidence that the taking of souls increases in Sha'ban?

Some narrations state that the names of those whose death is decreed are revealed to the Angel of Death in Sha’ban, but these narrations and hadiths are weak and not reliable. Al-Qadi Abu Bakr Ibn Al-Arabi said: "There is no hadith that can be relied upon regarding the night of mid-Sha'ban, neither concerning its virtue nor the decreeing of lifespans therein. So, do not pay attention to it." Al-Suyuti mentioned several narrations with this meaning in Al-Durr Al-Manthur, all of which are weak or rejected. There is no authentic hadith confirming an increase in deaths in Sha’ban.
