Is it permissible to sell a car to a customer in installments if it was purchased from another dealership for a deferred price that is higher than its cash value?

There is no objection to increasing the price of an item when selling it in installments. However, for this transaction to be permissible, two conditions must be met:

1. You must first buy the item and own it before selling it.

2. You must take possession of the item and remove it from its place of purchase before selling it.
