What is the opinion on Imam Ahmad ibn Ali al-Razi al-Jassas, and on his book "Ahkam al-Qur'an"?

Al-Jassas was a great Hanafi scholar, to whom the leadership of the Hanafi school passed in his era. He was an ascetic and devout worshipper, and he refused to assume the position of judge. He died in the year 370 AH. As for his book "Ahkam al-Quran" (Rulings of the Quran), it is an exegesis that focuses on the rulings of the Quran. In it, he expounded on the Quranic rulings, mentioned the differences among scholars and their evidence, and the narrations from the Salaf (pious predecessors). It is noted that he sometimes leans towards the Hanafi school, while not neglecting other schools of thought.
