How can the Prophetic saying "There is no will for an heir" be reconciled with the Holy Quran, and what is the response to those who claim they contradict each other in order to cast doubt on the Sunnah?

Bequesting to relatives was obligatory before the revelation of the verses of inheritance. When these verses were revealed, they clarified that Allah had apportioned to each rightful heir their designated share, thus removing the obligation of bequeathing to inheriting parents and relatives. The Prophet, peace be upon him, affirmed this by saying: "Indeed, Allah has given every rightful person his right, so there is no bequest for an heir." This hadith shows that the verses of inheritance abrogated the ruling of bequeathing to an heir. Scholars have clarified that the Prophetic Sunnah explains what is general in the Noble Qur'an, specifies its generalities, restricts its absolutes, and clarifies what is abrogating and abrogated. The Prophetic hadith "There is no bequest for an heir" is not considered an abrogation of the Quranic verse; rather, it is an explanation and a specification for it, because the verse includes both the heir and others, while the hadith removes the ruling only for the heir.
