Are papers containing verbs attributed to Allah (such as: may Allah have mercy on him, may Allah cover him, may Allah take his soul) subject to the same ruling regarding the glorification of Allah's names and the prohibition of desecration, bearing in mind that Allah's actions are uncreated?

The mere presence of Allah's name on a paper is sufficient to warrant its respect and prevent its desecration, whether the name appears alone, as an addition, or attributed to something else. The paper bearing the majestic name of Allah must be respected until His name is removed from it. Some scholars have opined that everything written in the Arabic script should be respected.
