The answer

This issue does not warrant such a dispute, and the exchange of opinions should be conducted with love and affection. There is no objection to the child staying with his grandmother for hours or days, as Arabs used to send their children to the desert for suckling. It is also the right of the boy's father to take his son to his mother. We advise overcoming disagreements with the husband's mother and recalling the Almighty's saying: "And not equal are the good deed and the bad. Repel [evil] with that which is better; then behold, he between whom and you was enmity [will become] as though he was a devoted friend." Rectifying the relationship with her will please the husband and increase his love.
