What is the ruling on subscribing to Vodafone Qatar shares?

It is not possible to rule on the permissibility of purchasing shares in the aforementioned company due to lack of access to its internal regulations. The Shariah conditions required for companies have been previously outlined in Fatwa No. 30635.
