Is talking in front of others about being diligent in reciting the Quran, daily devotions, and remembrances considered a form of showing off and hypocrisy?

It is better to conceal acts of obedience (good deeds) to ensure sincerity, unless there is a legitimate benefit in speaking about them, such as others emulating you. This does not fall under ostentation (riya') or hypocrisy (nifaq).
