Is the deferred gold dowry calculated in the local currency of the country where the divorce took place (Saudi Arabia) or in the local currency of the country where the marriage contract was concluded (Somalia)?

If the dowry agreed upon at the time of the marriage contract was 80 grams of gold, then the husband pays his divorced wife 80 grams of gold. It should not be paid in Saudi or Somali currency. If the divorced wife wishes to exchange it for any currency, she may do so at the rate of the day of payment.
