Does Zakat become obligatory on my share of the inheritance that I have not received from my siblings after a year has passed since the division of the inheritance?

Zakat is obligatory on inheritance if it is of a type on which Zakat is due, such as the two currencies (gold and silver) and money, and the heir's share reaches the nisab, and a full year (hawl) has passed over it, even if he has not received it, unless the money is unlikely to be obtained. Zakat must be paid from the estate after one year has passed since the death of the deceased, if the heir's share reaches the nisab. As for real estate, there is no Zakat on it unless it is prepared for trade, or if it is Zakat on its rent, provided it reaches the nisab and a full year (hawl) has passed over it. If the inheritance consists of camels, sheep, or cattle and is for trade, then Zakat on trade goods is due on it. If it is for breeding (i.e., not for trade), then it is subject to two conditions: reaching the nisab, and being pastured for most of the year. The ruling on a gift is the same as the ruling on inheritance concerning Zakat. If the distribution of money is delayed, an agreement must be reached to pay Zakat from the total amount, and someone should be appointed to do so, because it is not permissible to delay Zakat beyond its due time.
