Is it permissible to take someone's ID number without their knowledge to find out their result?

It is not permissible to track the affairs of others and their personal outcomes, nor to search for their news and identity numbers without their permission, as spying and prying are forbidden in the Qur'an and Sunnah.

In the noble verse: ﴿And do not spy﴾ [Al-Hujurat: 12], there is a prohibition against searching for people's private matters and seeking out their hidden faults. Similarly, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not spy, and do not pry," and "Do not harm Allah's servants, nor disgrace them, nor seek out their hidden faults. For whoever seeks out the hidden fault of his Muslim brother, Allah will seek out his hidden fault until He exposes him in his own home," and "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the most untruthful of speech. And do not spy, and do not pry."
