Is the suitor obligated to complete the engagement to the girl, or to separate from her, or to let her complete her studies, despite his discomfort with that?

It is not advisable to rush into breaking off an engagement. One should inquire about the girl from those who know her. If they praise her religiosity and character, then the engagement should be maintained, for religiosity and character are the most important qualities to consider in a fiancée, as the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "A woman is married for four things: her wealth, her lineage, her beauty, and her religion. So, choose the religious woman, and you will prosper."

However, if her religiosity proves to be weak and she does not observe the rulings of the Sharia, then it is better to break off the engagement. Furthermore, the suitor does not have the right to prevent his fiancée from studying. As for dreams, they may not necessarily be related to the matter of marriage.
