The liquid that exits after urination is "wady" (post-urinary discharge). What exits not after urination could be "wady" or "madhy" (pre-seminal fluid). In both cases, it is obligatory to perform istinja' (washing the private parts) from it, purify whatever it touched of the body and clothing, and perform wudu' (ablution) for prayer. Its exit invalidates wudu' absolutely, unless it reaches the extent of سلس (incontinence).
