What is the transparent fluid that comes out of the penis in a small amount without lust or a specific reason, and without feeling its exit, and is it impure, does it invalidate Wudu, and does it necessitate washing the penis and clothes?

What exits from a man's front private part—other than semen—is impure (najis) and nullifies ablution (wudu'), whether it is madhy (pre-seminal fluid), which is a thin, white, sticky liquid, or wady, which is thick like semen and often exits after urination. One must purify the body and clothes from it and perform ablution. If its exit is continuous and does not stop, then the person afflicted by it has the ruling of one with incontinence (sahib al-salas); he performs ablution for each prayer after its time has entered and takes precautions to prevent the spread of impurity.
