What is the ruling on secretions that exit the penis without arousal, known as prostatic fluid, and how should one deal with them in terms of ritual purity and what affects clothing, while distinguishing them from wadi (post-urination discharge)?

The exit of the aforementioned fluid invalidates ablution (wudu') because it issues from the two private parts, and it is impure. It is treated like urine and wadi (a thick white fluid that is discharged after urination) in terms of invalidating ablution and requiring the washing of clothes that it contaminates. There is no need to wash the male organ and testicles because it is not madhy (pre-seminal fluid). If its discharge becomes continuous for most of the time, it is treated like سلس ( سلس البول: urinary incontinence, سلس الريح: continuous passing of gas etc.), and one should perform ablution for each prayer when its time enters, and then pray as many supererogatory prayers as one wishes. As for what contaminates clothes, it must be washed and guarded against. In case of hardship, one may pray in their current state after performing ablution when the time for prayer enters.
