Is a person entitled to claim the inheritance of his deceased mother from her maternal uncle, after she inherited from her sisters, knowing that the custom in her tribe prevents inheriting by females?

If a mother dies before receiving her share of inheritance and did not bequeath it during her lifetime, her right does not cease with her death. Rather, it transfers to her heirs and is divided among them according to Islamic law as part of her estate. It is worth noting that denying inheritance to females is a practice of the pre-Islamic era of ignorance (Jahiliyyah) and an abomination found in some societies.
