Does the covenant for specifying the amount of water for ghusl remain valid if it causes hardship and difficulty in performing ghusl?

If you did not utter this covenant and these oaths, then nothing is required of you, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has forgiven my nation for what they merely think to themselves, as long as they do not act upon it or speak of it." However, if you did utter these oaths, then you must offer expiation for breaking an oath if fulfilling the covenant becomes difficult for you. This expiation is feeding ten poor people, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If you cannot find any of these, then fasting for three days. It is advisable to strive to follow the Sunnah (definition) and avoid extravagance in ablution (wudu) and ritual bathing (ghusl (definition)), and not to open the door to obsessive doubts (waswasah), knowing that the ghusl that removes ritual impurity is sufficient by merely letting water flow over the body, without needing cleansers.
