What is the share of each heir from the inheritance?

The grandfather receives one-sixth as a fixed share (fard), and the two sons receive the remainder by agnatic residuary right (ta'sib). The maternal grandsons receive nothing as they are excluded by the son and the grandfather. Thus, the estate is divided into twelve shares: two shares for the grandfather and five shares for each son. Issues related to inheritances must be brought before the Sharia courts.
