What is the share of each heir from the aforementioned inheritance?

If the heirs are limited to a daughter, a wife, and two parents, then the daughter receives one-half, the wife receives one-eighth, the mother receives one-sixth, and the father receives one-sixth by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance). The estate is divided into twenty-four shares: the daughter receives twelve shares, the wife receives three shares, the mother receives four shares, and the father receives five shares. It is advisable to refer the matter to the Sharia courts to verify all heirs, bequests, and debts.
