Is the water falling from the place of Istinja’ and whatever it touches on the body considered impure? And how does one dry the area after Istinja’? Does impurity spread in it? And is it permissible to place tissues instead of a bandage if fluid seeps out?

Water that separates after removing impurity is considered pure if it separates after the purification is complete, or if it separates without being altered by the impurity. Therefore, the water remaining on the limb after performing istinja' (cleaning oneself after defecation or urination) is pure. Drying does not transfer impurity because the area is clean. If bandaging causes harm, it is waived, and one may adopt the view of the Malikis, who do not mandate bandaging. One must cast away obsessive thoughts and pay them no heed.
