The agent must act in the best interest of his principal. If there is no difference, according to the concerned authorities, between a handwritten letter and a typewritten letter, and the typewritten letter costs more, then the agent is not permitted to hire for a typewritten letter except with the principal's permission, unless the principal requests it or his desire for it is known. The agent is permitted to hire his wife for work if that is in the best interest of the principal, unless there is someone less expensive or more skilled in work. The agent is not permitted to buy from or sell to himself or his minor child.
