Is it obligatory to repeat the ghusl and prayers when there is dirt in the ear after performing ghusl from menstruation, especially if it is in the place of a wound, and does that affect the validity of the ghusl for someone who suffers from waswasah (obsessive doubts)?

The default rule is that dirt found inside the ear is attributed to the most recent time period, thus estimated to have occurred after the ritual washing (ghusl). Therefore, the questioner's ghusl and prayer are valid. If, however, it is assumed that it was present before the ghusl, some scholars do not obligate washing the inside of the ear during ghusl. Others view minor obstructions as excusable. Since the questioner is prone to obsessive doubts (waswasah), she may adopt the lenient opinions until Allah grants her healing.
