Fajr prayer is not valid before its time, and it is forbidden to delay prayers beyond their prescribed times. The general rule is that Muslims in the West pray in their workplaces and during their breaks, due to the freedom of worship available to them. Obligatory prayers performed while sitting in a car are not valid except for a legitimate Shar’i excuse, because standing is a pillar [of the prayer]. The questioner must fear Allah and be diligent in performing prayers on time, making them a priority.
