Does seeking Ruqyah exclude one from the seventy thousand who will enter Paradise without reckoning or torment?

"Seeking ruqyah (definition) excludes its practitioner from the seventy thousand who will enter Paradise without reckoning. Those who are included are those who abandoned ruqyah, relying on the strength of their trust in Allah and the firmness of their conviction. Imam An-Nawawi and Al-Khattabi held that these individuals perfectly surrendered to Allah, not initiating any means to repel what Allah afflicted them with. The preferred view is that what is meant is abandoning ruqyah out of reliance on Allah and contentment with His decree and trials, because that is among the highest ranks of those truly embodying faith."
