Must she make up a full month of fasting, or only the days of menstruation, for someone who reached the age of 12 and did not make up the fasting days of menstruation until she was 15, given that the number of missed days is unknown, and is expiation (kaffarah) due upon her for her ignorance of the importance of making up (the fasts) and her inability to pay?

You must make up for the days you missed in Ramadan, even if your delay is prolonged, because they are a debt upon you. Make up for the days until you are certain that you have cleared your responsibility. And no expiation (fidyah) is incumbent upon you for delaying the make-up, as long as you were ignorant of the ruling.
