Even if urine did exit and you washed your leg thoroughly, you should not doubt. It is obligatory not to indulge in these obsessive doubts and to close their door, for the Sharia is built upon ease and the removal of hardship. For the removal of impurity, a strong presumption of its disappearance is sufficient. You must focus on your worship, ablution, and prayer, leaving aside any attention to obsessive doubts.
