Is translating and publishing Western cooking ideas and recipes in Arab forums considered a continuous charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) or a waste of time?

Whoever studies a science from which Muslims benefit, and is sincere to Allah, it is hoped that his reward will continue; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When a person dies, all his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge from which people benefit, or a righteous child who supplicates for him." It is more befitting to dedicate efforts to learning and spreading the texts of the two revelations (Qur'an and Sunnah (definition)), especially regarding acts of worship, remembrances, and supplications, for the Muslim nation's need for these is greater.
