Is ablution sufficient for prayer after swimming in a pool where people urinate, or is it obligatory to perform ghusl?

If the color, taste, or smell of the bath water does not change due to impurity, then it is not considered impure, because it is usually more than two qullatayn. Water, when it reaches two qullatayn, does not become impure by mixing with impurity unless it affects one of its characteristics. Therefore, whoever bathes in this water is not required to perform ghusl from it. However, it is disliked to urinate in stagnant water and in a bathing area.
